HOW TO PREPARE IT

What do you need?
To make it the traditional way: a small saucepan, a small strainer, and a cup.
1. In a saucepan, add 1 cup of boiling water and 2 teaspoons of SOLOCHAI.
2. Boil over medium heat for 3 minutes.
- If using:
- Cow’s milk: add ½ cup and keep over medium heat until it starts to boil.
- Plant-based milk: add 1 cup, let it heat up but do not let it boil.
3. Sweeten to taste, strain into your favorite cup.
To make it as regular tea or infusion: a tea strainer and a cup or teapot.
Put 2 teaspoons of SOLOCHAI in the tea strainer and place it in the cup or teapot, add boiling water, and let it steep for 5 minutes. Add milk or plant-based milk if desired, sweeten to taste.
